We are open for visitors each Saturday 12-4 pm, but we are not open for First Thursdays and evening events.
We are also open by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-5 pm. You may call, text, or email us to schedule a visit on a weekday.

First Thursdays will be September 5 (5-9 pm), October 3 (5-9 pm), and November 7 (5-9 pm). There will also be a Northrup King Nights September 21 (5-9 pm).
We will not be open these evenings, but many studios will be open.

Studio 214 is located on the 2nd floor in the timber and brick wing of the Northrup King Building.
The quickest way to 214 is through the 1450 Van Buren Street door that has the green awning. We are up one floor from there, just down the hall from Dyan J. Padgett Fine Art and Studiopolis Collective.

The NKB is a complex of ten buildings first constructed in 1917 and used by the Northrup King Seed Company. Conversion to artist studios began in the 1980’s and the building now houses over 300 artists, making it the largest home to artist studios, arts businesses, and nonprofits in the area.
